When internal resources are stretched or deadlines are tight, we create your technical documentation – from operating and assembly instructions to online help and training materials.
if you are bringing a product to market for the first time and need to create an operating manual for it.
if you do not have a technical writing department and need external support.
if you do not have the in-house expertise to create technical documentation.
if you only need operating manuals occasionally and do not want to tie up permanent resources.
if you want standards-compliant technical documentation without having to build up in-house capacity.

The knowledge about your product exists within your company. What is missing are the time and editorial expertise to turn it into a comprehensible and standards-compliant manual.
There is also a lack of clarity: Is a simple manual for the product sufficient, or is a complete CE documentation required? Which languages are needed? Who checks the standards?
Without clear answers, the product launch is delayed, costs increase and your own team is blocked.
Depending on your starting point, we combine editorial, consultancy, technological and linguistic services to create a solution tailored to your needs.
We translate your technical documentation professionally and consistently into the required languages. In doing so, we take your terminology and the linguistic characteristics of the target markets into account.

We develop technical documents including operating instructions, operating, user and assembly instructions, online help and other information products. Clear, compliant with standards and professional.

We check your existing technical documentation for completeness and compliance with the relevant standards and directives. As a result of our documentation check, you receive a meaningful assessment and, where appropriate, pragmatic recommendations for action.

Which documents are required depends on the product, its intended use, the target audiences and the applicable legal requirements. Technical documentation can include, for example, operating, user or installation instructions, service information, online help, as well as safety-related and CE-related documentation. At the outset, we therefore assess which documents you actually need for your product.
Yes. We review existing documentation in particular with regard to content, structure, comprehensibility, consistency and completeness. Depending on the assignment, we also take relevant standards and directives into account. You will receive either a documented assessment or a directly revised version.
Yes. We review the available information and evaluate what outcome is possible based on it. With the help of structured research and suitable AI tools, we can generate technical documentation even from limited information. However, for documentation that can be approved, a technical review and sufficient information are required.
For smaller, clearly defined projects, costs start in the low four-figure range. This can include, for example, instructions for a simple product with complete source documentation. For complex machines and systems, many variants or languages, as well as extensive regulatory requirements, the effort increases accordingly. If we accompany the market launch of a highly regulated product with extensive documentation, costs can also reach the six-figure range. The decisive factors are above all product complexity, volume of documentation, quality of the existing materials, research effort, regulatory requirements and the need for coordination. After an initial evaluation, we can realistically assess the effort and prepare a concrete quotation.
We prepare your manual in accordance with the legal, normative and product-specific requirements agreed for the project. To this end, we first examine which requirements are relevant and document the underlying requirements. Documentation in conformity with standards reduces risks but does not constitute a blanket legal guarantee. Liability and responsibility for the product, the risk assessment and the technical information provided remain with the manufacturer.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
